Cache-Control的缓存策略同时配置no-store和no-cache是什么意思？

Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, max-age=0, must-revalidate, proxy-revalidate 上面是mdn的一个例子，为什么no-store和no-cache同时出现，那不相当于no-store吗？
