systemctl命令找不到的解决方法？

zsh: command not found: systemctl如何解决？ 前端执行docker cp dataease:/opt/dataease/plugins/default /opt/dataease/plugins/ 显示：Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock.
